Job Description: BIGView Territory Representative


Overview: 

The BIGView Territory Representative is responsible for managing and expanding client relationships within designated territories. This role requires proactive outreach, meticulous planning, and efficient execution of operational tasks to ensure the delivery and effective use of BIGView products.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Forward-Facing Activities:

 Conduct daily outreach by calling 20 Project Managers (PMs) per day.

 Follow up all phone calls with emails to maintain clear communication.

 Visit PMs in person at 5 different sites per week.

 Explore surrounding and new territories on a monthly basis.

 Plan and organize at least two lunch-and-learn sessions each month.

 Actively seek out new projects, PMs, and purchase orders (POs).

2. Prior to Delivery:

 Confirm all order details, including delivery date, monthly recurring fees, and livestream requirements.

 Ensure all necessary billing details are accurate.

 Verify accounts payable email for invoicing purposes.

3. Fleet Management:

 Track unit numbers, drivers, and delivery dates for fleet coordination.

4. Invoicing:

 Prepare and note the date of the invoice, month of service, and recurring billing details.

 Draft and deliver invoices to accounts payable.

 Ensure delivery of the vehicle is noted in the fleet records.

5. At the Delivery:

 Ensure the trailer is operational before delivery.

 Confirm connection to remote units or PTZs.

 Deliver trailers and introduce new users to the system.

 Assist users in downloading phone systems and desktop applications.

 Train users on PTZ controls, lighting controls, and other functionalities.

 Demonstrate how to clean solar panels, move units, remove safety pins, lower masts, use outriggers, and hand brakes.

 Ensure users are comfortable with the system and provide information for remote monitoring.

 Advise users of the burn-in period for new equipment.

6. Remote Monitoring Activation:

 Record the location, contact information for local law enforcement/fire/EMS, and camera details.

 Set up the chain of command for contacts and best contact information for each person.

 Establish a timeline for how long the trailer will remain in place or when it may need to be moved.

 Document fleet number and camera information.

7. After the Sale/Lease:

 Log all information accurately.

 Send email confirmations to verify receipt of trailers and provide usage details.

 Conduct follow-up calls to identify new PMs, projects, or POs.

 Proven experience in a customer-facing role.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

 Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

 Proficiency in using technology for remote monitoring and client training.

 Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
