Integration Project Coordinator ​

Project Coordinator. In this capacity, you will perform duties and responsibilities that are reasonable and consistent with such position as may be assigned to you from time to time. 

Responsibilities

• As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation of security integration projects for our clients
• You will work closely with the integration management team to ensure projects are executed efficiently, meet client requirements, and are delivered on time
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of security integration projects
• Support the team in gathering project requirements and developing project plans
• Coordinate and schedule project activities and meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged
• Track project progress, update project documentation, and maintain project files and records
• Assist in the coordination and communication of project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to stakeholders
• Assist with the procurement and logistics of security systems and equipment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security specialists, engineers, and technicians, to ensure smooth project execution
• Assist in conducting quality assurance checks to ensure projects meet the highest standards
• Provide administrative support to the team, such as preparing reports and maintaining project documentation
• Individuals may perform other duties as assigned, including work in other functional areas to cover absences or relief, to equalize peak work periods, or otherwise to balance the workload

This role works with the Inventory Specialist to confirm stock quantities available for local integration projects with clients.  You will also pick and prepare work orders as well as work with the estimating and engineering teams to confirm the scope of the project is understood and able to be clearly communicated.  Scheduling of deliveries, installs, and roll outs of new Surveillance Systems.
